Hi, I’m Simone
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Simone is the founder of Body for Life Fitness, which is an education provider for Fitness Professionals as well a boutique gym offering 1:1 personal training and Group Fitness.
She is originating from Germany and has been living in Malaysia since year 2000.
As a Master Trainer for the FISAF International Organization in Malaysia, Director of IHFA and Reebok Presenter 2008, she has been successful not only as an educator but has also been one of the driving forces behind recruiting both Group Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers.
Simone started teaching Group Fitness Classes by the age of 18 and since 1999 has been a Presenter on numerous Aerobic and Fitness Conventions in Germany and Malaysia.
With more than 24 worldwide recognized certifications, she is a sought-after Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Speaker & Educator and leads her students with never ending energy and charm through her courses, seminars and workshops.
Taking inspiration from her own experiences throughout childbirth, Simone who has 2 children specialized in Pre- and Postnatal Fitness & Pilates and she had been nominated under the top 12 finalist elite female Personal Trainer at the FITNESS BEST ASIA Awards 2017 in Singapore.
